Rehearsals

When not being used for recording, we make our 500sq foot live room available as a rehearsal space for bands and artists to use for practice.  The space is equipped with a full PA running 4 floor wedges for foldback with a separate mix to each, and a stereo ambient microphone in the ceiling for recording a reference if required.

Many rehearsal rooms carry extra charges for use of their equipment on top of the room fee, in some cases use of the PA!  Whether it’s a drum kit, guitar amp, piano, or whatever kit is in stock, we at Runway like to make this all available to ensure that our bands have everything they might need, so the use of everything in the studio is included free of charge.  That includes the use of our kitchen too, where you’ll find all the essentials including tea and coffee.  All we ask is that the place is left how it was found.

Opening hours for rehearsing are generally 11:00am till 10:00pm in the week, and 12:00pm till 9:00pm at the weekends, but we always aim to be pretty flexible so can always make exceptions where needed.

Full Band £20 per hour

25% discount for solo artists, duo acts and all under 21’s

Minimum of 2 hour booking

For first timers we do require a 50% deposit up-front to secure your booking, and fees are chargeable for cancellations and breakages (except wear and tear)
